QPIRG Concordia is committed to providing our members access to key documents regarding our status as a nonprofit organization and as a fee levy association on the Concordia campus. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about the information or documents below.

Fee Levy Refunds

Should you wish to opt out of our fee levy (31 cents per credit for Concordia undergraduate students, and 50 cents per semester for Concordia graduate students) our opt out period is the week following the last day for academic withdrawal and will be posted on our news page, our email newsletter, in the Link newspaper and on some main bulletin boards throughout campus.  In order to receive your fee refund you need to visit QPIRG Concordia during the opt out period during office hours and bring along your student id and an up-to-date copy of your student account record. QPIRG Concordia’s Winter semester 2014 refund period is running from January 26 to January 30, 2015. In order to opt-out, please come to our office, 1500 de Maisonneuve W., suite 204, during our office hours (12pm – 6pm) with your student ID card and student account record and we’ll provide you with a refund. Our space will be open on January 26, 27, 28, 29 & 30 from 12pm to 6pm. Refunds will be provided in cash at the fee levy rate of $0.31 per credit/per semester (for undergrads) and $0.50 per student/per semester (for graduate students).

Our current board of directors was elected on October 9, 2014, and is comprised of six Concordia student members and six community members.

Our CRCC was elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of October 9, 2014. This year’s CRCC members are:
