Radical Tour of Concordia
Wednesday, September 19 - 1-4pm @ meeting spot at the NE corner of Mackay and de Maisonneuve (look for someone with a sign)
A historical walking tour of Concordia's downtown campus, highlighting
the history of student organizing at Concordia and also discussing the
history of student movements in general

Prisoner Solidarity and Community Organizing
Monday, September 17 – 6-9pm
A discussion-based workshop examining processes of criminalization and
incarceration in our communities. The workshop will examine existing
prison justice initiatives and what solidarity means in this context.
Presented by members of PrisonRadio! (CKUT), the Anarchist Black Cross
(ABC), Books to Prisoners Montreal, and the Trans+Queer Prisoner
Project.
Popular Education is for Everyone!
Tuesday, September 18 – 6-9pm
An introduction to the principals and techniques of popular education
- a style of education for social and environmental issues that builds
on people's own experiences and knowledge.
Presented by members of Snap! Moving to Our Own Beats: an anti-racism
training program for young people of colour and Indigenous people.
Classism 101 for Students
Thursday, September 20 – 6-9pm
An anti-oppression workshop for students on understanding class as a
system of power and the many ways students fit into it. Topics
discussed include student poverty, temporary poverty, class mobility
and so on.
Presented by members of Solidarity Across Borders, the Immigrant
Worker's Centre, the Coalition of Concerned Taxi Drivers (Toronto).

Short Film Showcase - shorts and excerpts on various social and
environmental issues. Followed by a film from our Alternative Resource
Library

Birthing Network, Haiti Action Montreal, the Kanehsatake Garden
Project, Chalo Desi Montreal, Solidarity Across Borders, and more...)
