Sign the CURE Concordia Petition

The Community-University Research Exchange at Concordia (CURE Concordia) requires the signatures of 750 undergraduate students as part of the process of having a referendum for stable funding.
If you’re a Concordia undergraduate (whether full time or part-time, in any faculty), we encourage you to sign the CURE Concordia petition.
You can sign the petition at the following locations:
– QPIRG Concordia (1500 de Maisonneuve West, #204; above Café Dépôt)
– The Concordia Greenhouse (Hall Building, 1455 de Maisonneuve West, 13th floor)
– Frigo Vert (2130 rue Mackay)

We’ll also be tabling at the CSU Community Fair (Wednesday) and the CSU Clubs Fair (Thursday).
And we’ll be at the FASA Picnic (Wednesday), at People’s Potato servings (all week) and likely in one of your classes (all week).

The Community-University Research Exchange (CURE) connects students with grassroots organizations to collaborate on research, art and innovative projects that support local communities. Undergraduates can do real-life, community-driven research and receive credit for term papers, internships, final projects or other course requirements.
A secure source of funding will allow CURE to expand in the faculties of Arts & Science, Fine Arts, Engineering & Computer Science and the School of Business, and to provide sustained support to Concordia University students. This includes offering research stipends, student jobs, mentorship opportunities, regular conferences & workshops and creating a hub for popular education.
Do you agree to pay 8 cents per credit to the Community- University Research Exchange (CURE Concordia), effective Winter 2016?
[If you agree, sign the petition at the locations mentioned above!]
