Protection of Personal Information (Loi 25)
QPIRG Concordia collects limited personal information (such as names, contact details, application materials, financial information for reimbursements, and AGM attendance records) in order to administer our programs, funding, hiring processes, governance, and communications.
We collect only the information necessary for these purposes and restrict access to designated staff or board members. Personal information is stored securely and retained only as long as required for legal, financial, or governance obligations.
