Interested in getting involved in activist work but unsure of where or how to start? Join us on March 25 and 26 for a teach-in and conference about resisting the far-right. This event is free and open to all, students and non-students.
We encourage the participation of everyone interested in resisting the rise of the far-right, both people new to activism and people who are already involved. If you’re curious about resisting oppression, this teach-in is your point-of-entry to learn more.

This event takes place on the traditional territory of the Kanien’kehá:ka. The Kanien’kehá:ka are the keepers of the Eastern Door of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. The island called “Montreal” is known as Tiotia:ke in the language of the Kanien’kehá:ka, and it has historically been a meeting place for other Indigenous nations, including the Algonquin peoples. It’s not enough just to acknowledge the keepers of this land. We encourage everyone participating in the teach-in to get informed and educated, and to actively resist colonialism and neo-colonialism in the many forms it takes, and in the diversity of forms that resistance can take too.
Organized by the Resist Trump & The Far Right Network of Montreal, with the support of QPIRG Concordia and the Concordia Student Union
